The Meals On Wheels Association of America represents those who provide congregate and home-delivered meals services to people in need. Our mission is to provide visionary leadership and professional training, and to develop partnerships that will ensure the provision of quality nutrition services. (MOWAA Mission Statement) Each Wednesday, members of our club volunteer an hour or so out of their busy schedules to deliver hot meals to the needy of the Sharpsburg area. Anyone living in our area who would like to begin receiving this service are instructed to contact any club member. |
